The Unci Maka healing garden is situated in the rainforest of Manzanillo, Limon. The peaceful sanctuary is a few moments walk away from the beach, Playa name, which then leads to the Manzanillo National Refuge, an area of protected jungle, also a short walk away. Unci Maka provides a peaceful sanctuary for introspection, reconnection to nature and through that, has profound healing potential. Spending time in the Unci Maka garden or temple means being immersed in the natural world and you will meet a variety of wildlife including toucans, monkeys, iguanas, wild turtles in the river, hummingbirds, as well as Julie's family of dogs and cats.
