The Unci Maka healing garden is situated in the rainforest of Manzanillo, Limon. The peaceful sanctuary is a few moments walk away from the beach, which leads to the Manzanillo National Refuge, an area of protected jungle, also a short walk away. Unci Maka provides a peaceful sanctuary for introspection, reconnection to nature and through that, has profound healing potential. Being at Unci Maka means immersion in the natural world and you will meet a variety of wildlife including toucans, monkeys, iguanas, wild turtles in the river, hummingbirds, as well as Julie's family of dogs and cats.
